With the rapid growth of TiVo and DVR along with YouTube, iTunes, television is undergoing the most dramatic changes since its invention.   A growing number of companies, including Maven Networks, JumpTV, ManiaTV, and others are placing large bets that television viewers will soon be watching online.  This panel will discuss what changes television viewers, content providers, and advertisers can expect to see.
